Pausa Spuntino is Speedy Food's production line. Not just another supplier: the producer, since 2001. Sandwiches, focaccias and tramezzini under our own brand, distributed across Italy.
The method
“Italian” is a slogan. A name is proof.
Where others write “selected ingredients”, we say where they come from. Every adjective replaced by a fact your counter can tell customers.
The supply chain
The supply chain your counter can talk about.
No one in our sector declares their supply chain by name. We put it in black and white, sheet by sheet.
The tomato
Fresh, bought the same morning as production. Not concentrate, not preserved.
Cured meats and cheeses
Italian supply chain. The full sheet with supplier names is available on request.
The meat
Italian, for the lines filled with burger and sausage.
The named supply chain sheets, with origin and photos, are in the dossier we hand to partner distributors.
The process
We produce after the order. Not for stock.
In modified atmosphere, alcohol-free and with no added preservatives: the taste stays stable and the product stays intact. A choice made for freshness, not a limitation.
