Salomon FoodWorld was founded in 1979 in Bavaria with an idea that was new at the time: treat finger food as a real product, not as a filler. Today it is a European leader in premium snacks, with ranges such as Hitburger, Smesh Burger and Smart Burger supplied to chains like McDonald's, Burger King and KFC as well as to high-end restaurants.
In 2018 Speedy Food signed the exclusive distribution contract for Lecce, Brindisi and Taranto. Since then it has been our premium finger food supplier: eight years of partnership, a commercial award every year, and briefings on European launches before they reach Italy.

The agent walks into your venue with 3 tasting products and the recipe dossier already translated. He proposes a line, not a single product: for the pub, the Smesh Burger on a brioche bun with onion rings and cheddar sauce; for the beach club, the spiced Hitburger cooked in 5 minutes in an air fryer; for the pizzeria, an evening board of mini finger food.
Constant portion size, full allergen sheet, professional packaging. The Thursday aperitivo goes from an average of 8 euros to 15, without touching the rest of the menu.
